Return and Refund Policy
We are confident that you will love your Chesky Audio speakers. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

The speakers must be returned in their original condition, free of scratches, damage, or modifications.

All original packaging, accessories, documentation, and components must be included.

Returns must be authorized by Chesky Audio prior to shipment.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that the return shipping be fully insured for its full replacement value, including shipping costs. Chesky Audio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return process. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The 10% restocking fee applies to all returns except those involving shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or warranty-related issues.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your speakers arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at lucca@cheskyaudio.com so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
For shipping damage claims, please retain all original shipping materials and provide the following:

Clear photographs of all damage to the product.

Clear photographs of the exterior shipping carton, including any visible damage.

Clear photographs of the interior packaging materials.

Shipping cartons.
-
Protective packaging.
-
Protective bags.
-
All packing inserts.
Failure to retain original packaging or provide adequate documentation may affect our ability to process shipping damage claims with the carrier.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fees.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, import taxes, and any other charges imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a return, duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, import taxes, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and the applicable 10% restocking fee are non-refundable by Chesky Audio.
Order Cancellation Policy
Because every Chesky Audio speaker is handcrafted to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, your order will be considered final, and production will begin.
We encourage customers to carefully review all order details before completing their purchase.
Special Orders
Custom-finish, limited-edition, demonstration, B-stock, clearance, and special-order products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or are covered under warranty for a manufacturing defect.
